Disable automatic xterm on X11 startup

The trick is to edit the file ~/Library/Preferences/org.x.X11.plist. Inside you’ll find the key app_to_run which by default has the value of /usr/X11/bin/xterm. Change the value to whatever startup script you want to run when X11 starts, or leave it blank if you don’t want to start anything.
