Create a bootable iso image for Mountain Lion

Grab the Mountain Lion installation app from the Mac App Store, then:
$ hdiutil makehybrid -iso -hfs Install\ OS\ X\ Mountain\ Lion.app/Contents/SharedSupport/InstallESD.dmg -o OSX-10.8.iso
You now have a bootable iso image that is good for burning, usb, vmware etc.
